A Joyful Oneida Country Club Wedding

bride and groom at an oneida country club wedding

Lauren + Daniel | June 20, 2026 | Oneida Country Club | Green Bay, WI

Lauren and Daniel's Oneida Country Club wedding was one of those June celebrations that was just so much fun to be part of! As their Green Bay wedding planner and owner of Kaytlyn Roze Weddings, I had the pleasure of coordinating their wedding day, from their traditional Catholic ceremony at Old St. Joseph Church on the St. Norbert College campus to a reception complete with a packed dance floor and fireworks over the golf course.

Lauren originally found me on Facebook, and from the beginning, we just clicked. I absolutely loved getting to know her and Daniel, along with their families, and was so excited to see everything come together!

Wedding Morning at Lodge Kohler in Green Bay

The wedding weekend started with a rehearsal dinner at Hinterland, followed by an overnight stay at Lodge Kohler in Green Bay.

On wedding morning, Lauren and her bridesmaids got ready in one of the hotel's beautiful suites. The girls headed downstairs in small groups for hair appointments at Kohler Waters Spa while makeup was done upstairs in the suite.

Molly Jo Collection captured some beautiful getting-ready photos, including a few fun shots of Lauren enjoying champagne in the suite's bathtub!

Meanwhile, Daniel and his groomsmen were getting ready at a nearby Airbnb.

While everyone was getting ready, my team was already working behind the scenes. We had coordinated with Amy, the venue coordinator at Oneida Country Club, to have personal decor dropped off earlier in the week. Buds N Blooms, their florist, was also able to complete much of the floral installation the day before, giving us a great head start on wedding morning.

Alpha-Lit Green Bay also arrived to set up the large marquee letters for the reception.

Having those details taken care of ahead of time meant Lauren could spend her morning enjoying time with her bridesmaids instead of worrying about what was happening at the reception venue.

Catholic Wedding Ceremony at Old St. Joseph Church

Lauren and Daniel chose Old St. Joseph Church on the St. Norbert College campus for their ceremony, a location that held special meaning to their relationship.

Their wedding party arrived by Lamers trolley, which was such a fun way to transport everyone between locations.

Once the guys arrived, my assistant and I helped pin their boutonnieres and made sure everyone was ready before Lauren arrived.

Lauren shared a first look with her dad before she and Daniel exchanged private vows around the corner of one of the beautiful campus buildings. It was such a sweet moment for the two of them before heading into their ceremony.

After their traditional Catholic ceremony began, my assistant and I took advantage of the longer service to head back to Oneida Country Club and check on the reception setup. We connected with Signature Entertainment and the venue team, made sure the personal decor was in place, and checked that everything was ready for guests.

Then we headed back to the church just in time for the ceremony to wrap up!

Wedding Photos at St. Norbert College

Following the ceremony, we helped coordinate photos, including a special appearance from Lauren and Daniel's border collie, Hank!

One of my favorite details from the day was a photo we made sure to capture of Daniel and his twin sister. Growing up, their mom always took photos of them standing back-to-back with their arms crossed. We recreated that same pose on his wedding day, which was such a meaningful way to continue a family tradition.

We also walked across campus to one of the original dorm buildings where Lauren and Daniel had spent time together early in their relationship. I love when couples incorporate locations that actually mean something to them!

A Romantic Oneida Country Club Wedding Reception

After photos at St. Norbert, the wedding party hopped back on the trolley and headed to Oneida Golf and Country Club for the reception.

Before guests entered the space, we arranged for Lauren and Daniel to have a private first look at their reception. Seeing Lauren's reaction to everything coming together was one of my favorite moments of the day!

The reception design was classic and romantic, with blush pink florals, white accents, and plenty of greenery from Buds N Blooms. Lauren wore a traditional satin ball gown, her bridesmaids wore blush pink dresses, and the guys looked sharp in their tuxedos.

Lauren and Daniel also incorporated a few golf-inspired details that were perfect for their venue. They had a custom golf flag featuring their last name for photos out on the course, along with miniature golf flag drink stir sticks, also personalized with their last name, for their signature drinks. Such a fun way to tie the venue into their wedding without going overboard on a theme!

Cocktail Hour and Signature Drinks at Oneida Country Club

While guests enjoyed cocktail hour, Lauren and Daniel finished up their portraits around the golf course.

Their signature drink menu included a blueberry mojito mocktail, a martini, and an old-fashioned, complete with their personalized golf flag stir sticks. I always love when couples offer a fun nonalcoholic option alongside their signature cocktails!

The wedding party also took advantage of the golf carts for some photos around the property, which made for some really fun moments.

Wedding Reception Dinner and Dancing

Once guests were seated for dinner, the wedding party made their grand entrance complete with cold sparks provided by Signature Entertainment!

Lauren and Daniel then cut their beautiful wedding cake from Monzù Bakery & Custom Cakes. One of the cutest details was a little figurine of Hank, their border collie, sneaking a bite from the bottom of the cake.

Guests enjoyed a plated dinner followed by heartfelt toasts from the father of the bride, maid of honor, and best man.

We had a little rain during dinner, but with all the windows overlooking the golf course, it actually made the reception feel so cozy and intimate.

After dinner, Lauren and Daniel snuck outside for sunset portraits before returning for their first dance. They had put together a little choreography themselves at home, and it was adorable!

From there, Signature Entertainment kept the dance floor packed throughout the night.

Fireworks at Oneida Country Club

One of the highlights of this oneida country club wedding was the fireworks show!

Guests took a break from dancing to head outside and watch fireworks light up the golf course. It was such a fun way to celebrate the newlyweds.

Later in the evening, guests enjoyed pizza as a late-night snack before heading back to the dance floor.

While everyone was celebrating, my team was busy packing up personal decor and loading everything into the father of the bride's vehicle.

By the time the night ended, Lauren and Daniel didn't have to worry about collecting decorations or figuring out what needed to go home. Everything was already taken care of, and they could head back to their suite at Lodge Kohler!

That's one of the biggest things I want for every couple I work with. You spend so much time planning your wedding, and when the day finally arrives, you should actually get to enjoy it.

Lauren and Daniel's wedding was such a pleasure to be part of. Their families were wonderful, their vendor team was fantastic to work with, and the entire day was filled with so many fun, personal moments. I'm so grateful they trusted me to be part of it!
