A Cozy Winter Dream: January Wedding at the LedgeCrest Reserve
When most couples dream of a wedding day, they picture sunny skies and warm breezes—but there’s something undeniably magical about a winter celebration. For Maddi and TJ, their January wedding at the LedgeCrest Reserve in De Pere, Wisconsin, was nothing short of a winter fairytale — and it was our honor at Kaytlyn Roze Wedding Planning to bring their vision to life.

Tucked just minutes from Green Bay, the LedgeCrest Reserve offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and natural beauty. With its soaring ceilings, clean lines, and neutral palette, the venue acts as a canvas ready for any couple’s dream — but it truly shines in winter. Snow draped the landscape outside, creating a serene, white backdrop while the warm, inviting interiors kept the day feeling cozy and intimate.

For Maddi and TJ’s January wedding, the design vision was to create a soft, romantic atmosphere with just a hint of sparkle. A timeless palette of crisp white and muted mauve set a sophisticated tone, while antique crystal centerpieces brought an elegant, vintage touch to each table.

We layered textures — silky table linens, delicate winter florals, and the subtle gleam of crystal décor — to build depth and visual interest. Mauve-hued florals like roses and ranunculus were nestled among snowy white blooms, accented with airy greenery to maintain a fresh, wintery feel. Each reception table featured antique crystal vessels filled with lush arrangements, reflecting candlelight and adding a magical glow to the evening.

For the ceremony, Maddi and TJ exchanged vows in front of a stunning fireplace backdrop, adorned with cascading florals, greenery, and clusters of candles. The fireplace created a natural, cozy focal point and embraced the winter atmosphere beautifully, offering a sense of warmth and intimacy that made the moment even more special.

During the ceremony, their heartfelt vows had not just Maddi and TJ, but many guests, brushing away happy tears. And once the celebration kicked off, the energy never faded — the dance floor stayed lively all night long as loved ones gathered to celebrate the couple's beautiful beginning.

Winter weddings in Wisconsin offer something uniquely special: fewer crowds, stunning natural backdrops, and a feeling of intimacy that’s harder to replicate in peak season. At the LedgeCrest Reserve, January weddings feel both grand and deeply personal — and the venue’s experienced staff (paired with your dream planning team!) ensures every detail is thoughtfully executed.

Kaytlyn Roze Wedding Planning specializes in creating seamless, beautiful celebrations no matter the season, but winter weddings hold a special place in our hearts. From timeline adjustments to make the most of natural light to creating cozy guest experiences, we know how to plan for — and embrace — the magic of a snowy day.

Maddi and TJ’s January wedding at LedgeCrest Reserve is proof that love warms even the coldest days. If you’re dreaming of a winter wedding that’s elegant, romantic, and unforgettable, we would love to help you bring it to life.
